Terry L. Griffith, CPA - Senior Partner Terry L Griffith:
As the team's lead CPA/Owner, Terry is responsible for individual and business tax planning, financial services, and business consulting. He has over 25 years experience in accounting, taxation, and financial service. Terry resides in Mississippi with his wife & five children and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.

Certified Public Accountant, licensed in TN and MS
Former Controller & CFO of three different multi-million dollar companies
Self-employed as CPA since 1987

Tawni Rayman, CPA - Partner Tawni Rayman:
Tawni is the team's lead for handling new accounts and clients along with individual and business tax preparation, financial services and business consulting. Like her father Terry, she continues the family tradition of excellent customer service along with keeping current on tax & financial trends to keep clients informed. Tawni has over 5 years experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing. Whether at work or at home, she stays busy with her husband and two children to keep a healthy work-life balance.
